Our dealings with Dean and the team at Home Concepts was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. We purchased a marble coffee table and side table without visiting the store. Dean was super helpful over the phone and via email - very responsive, friendly and spot on with his advice re sizing / proportions. He also went out of his way to arrange delivery within a few days of us placing our order, despite him being at home sick! The delivery was seamless. We’ve has a fantastic experience with Home Concepts. Dean has been fabulous from start to finish. We’ve purchased floor rugs, a beautiful sofa for our snug, entrance table, stools - many of which were made to order - and every piece has been outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with how everything has turned out!

We placed an order with Dean from Home Concepts. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Dean. There was an initial mix up with the style of the order but he jumped to the rescue and sorted it out without fuss or delay. The quality of the furniture is Superb and Very Comfy. The Customer Relations provided by Dean is Excellent! His Can Do attitude is a rare commodity in this day and age. AAAAA+ Business.
