We placed an order with Dean from Home Concepts. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Dean. There was an initial mix up with the style of the order but he jumped to the rescue and sorted it out without fuss or delay. The quality of the furniture is Superb and Very Comfy. The Customer Relations provided by Dean is Excellent! His Can Do attitude is a rare commodity in this day and age. AAAAA+ Business.

Home Concepts is an incredible furniture store. The quality of the products (made in Melbourne) and level of service is exceptional. Not only did Dean help us pick out the perfect couches and fully customise them. He also organised for some antique chairs we had from my grandparents to be fixed in his factory (at cost). This has been one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. For anyone looking for high quality, locally made furniture, I cannot recommend Home Concepts enough.
Excellent experience. Dean was very helpful with consultation and guidance and you can order custom sizes to perfectly fit your space.
