We are so grateful to Home Companion Solutions for their exceptional, loving and competent care for my father-in-law. He has dementia, is in a wheelchair, and is legally blind, so he has needed help with all Activities of Daily Living. The Home Companion caregivers took care of him in every way, not just attending to physical needs such as feeding assistance, but going above and beyond to visit with him, help him listen to church services and sports on TV, and generally allow him to live in his home with dignity. Home Companion Solutions was a very positive, supportive, caring partner for us when we needed help in providing for the needs of our sister, who lives alone. HCS worked well with the family in developing a care plan and was flexible in implementing it. Our sister was very resistant in accepting any help and we had to discontinue services. However, we hope that she will agree to supportive services in the future and would definitely choose HCS to re-engage.
