We've been waiting 5 weeks for an assessment they said would be 2-3 weeks away. They never called. Looks like my family member's case was dropped because the co-odrinator was "away." Today I was on hold a long time, only to be transferred to speak with someone who was away for a week. So now I am on hold again.
My sons been over 2.5 years now. The Nurses their have been very great. my son has not complained once. Other then that you always have have a sense of humor.
This organization is of the most worthless use of our tax dollars. The hospital referred us here and advised that they will provide at home care. Once in contact, Joan compelled us to take public transport to the nearest clinic with a broken leg. Her and her management is all about conserving resources as much as possible while doing the minimum possible to get paid.
