Terrible place, terrible service, unacceptable at all levels. I was hospitalized with an infection that spread from my elbow up and down my arm, causing me to get a major fever, almost unable to open my eyes and walk. I was referred to “At Home Care” as the hospital was over capacity.. Upon receiving a phone call from Joan the first day I was released, they pretty much told me I would be skipping my first dose because the office wasn’t open during the hours I had received my previous dosage. Very angry and not reasonable when deal with patient. Unpleasent and unprofessional patient relation ship. Disconnect phone during conversation when patient ask questions. She blamed every things on services nurses who did on the hard works
