The employees were great. However when I financed a furnace they claim they pay the 740.03 fee (which is no where in the paperwork) yet it was still on the amount of the loan, definitely shady as hell. Conveniently that is the exact amount left from the loan after services are paid.
Brandon was great. He was friendly and professional. He listened and asked good questions to lead to a correct diagnosis and resolution. We will be using this company again.
