Very good technician. He was here today to clean our dryer vent. He showed us the camera before & after. He pushed a long hose with a brushed all the way up the dryer vent and everything was cleaned. He had a big machine that drew all the lint out & the brush cleaned all edges. The camera showed no lint when he was done. The technician very polite and profession and made sure everything was working before he left. Been using this company for years for heating & cooling and always been very happy with the great service!!
I had central air installed last year and since then have had to call them out 5 times to replace multiple things that have failed . I’m now having more issues and they want another $100 for diagnostics fees after I just paid last month. Great at first but now it’s nothing but problems from a failed pump to a broken thermostat and now a new issue not even a month after the most recent one they claim was my fault!
Josh did an amazing job servicing our HVAC system! He was polite, professional and extremely thorough. I can't say enough good things about Josh's work in our home. We highly recommend Josh and the team for the great work they do!
Freddie was super helpful and responsive! I had to have Home Comfort out twice in a week and both times they were easy to schedule and Freddie was prompt and friendly! Update - Jacob had to come out as we saw some more issues with water pooling up. He assessed the situation and provided a fix. Glad for the prompt response yet again by Home Comfort. Cannot say enough how helpful it’s been!
