Doing the RIGHT thing Our system was installed 2 years ago, the air conditioning has never worked. We had them come out last year to repair the issue of which they thought they fixed it but did not. Now that the warranty is over, they want to charge me to repair the unit that has never worked right to begin with. What would you do if you owned this business?
