Home Comfort Mechanical provides great service to us. We purchase a service agreement and it is worth it to be able to have them check heating temps and to service our furnace when needed. Their service is prompt! Melissa in the office is very helpful and now with their new billing system we can pay bills electronically which we really appreciate!
Great team to work with
I called as a new customer, the Customer Service Rep was nice and worked with me to get the driver to call me prior to delivery so I could be home when delivered. The Driver was nice, bit told me the total gallons, I said that is physically impossible as the tank was just about the 1/2 way mark. The truck counter stamp showed 334 gallons and my calculation showed only 260 - 275 was needed to fill tank. Be vigilant. The trucks are supposed to be calibrated properly, but if they were trying to charge me for 40 gallons more tha... read more
