Called last week to get a quote on getting my AC unit replaced and made a appointment for today. I took time off work to make sure I was here for when they showed up. 20 minutes after my appointment time I called them and after being placed on hold was told the sales rep was running late and needed an additional 15-20 minutes. No communication prior that they were running behind so I could let work know. Aaron McNeil did a great job servicing our heat pump for its annual check up. He cleaned leaves out of it and replaced a part that may not have lasted until next fall, at our request. He made sure everything worked as it should and was polite and courteous.
Bodie was excellent, helpfull ,polite, highly recommend him
