Garritt did his winter visit and made several recommendations that we went with. It was so nice to have someone answer your questions without making you feel intrusive while doing his job. He was also here in the spring. Just as nice and informative then as know.
I originally picked this company largely due to positive reviews however I will most likely not use them again based on my experience. I made an appointment to have a thermostat installed. The tech came out, advised us an electrician needs to come out due to the type and voltage. While here, the tech also looked at our forced air system that recently quit working and found out it’s still under warranty so we asked to follow up on that so we can get it serviced. Adam performed maintenance on my gas fireplace, it looks great and is working good.
Cary: tech guy- very knowledgeable and thorough. Signed up on the spot for maintainer program for my duct less system. Recommend with a 5 star out of 5 star rating. RR
