All of your techs are top grade, but today’s routine biannual maintenance check with Johnny was particularly noteworthy. He arrived with a most positive demeanor and explained everything clearly along the way. He took the time to show me areas of concern as well as highlighting things in my HVAC system which were working perfectly.
