We got John's name from a friend and the company was prompt in their response. John was able to pinpoint the problem and help our old air conditioner make it through the season (and came out once free of charge to see how our fix was holding up), but it was obvious it wasn't going to last. I found Home Comfort Heating and Cooling after an unfortunate experience with another company. I have called them twice now with today being my most recent. My air quit cooling so I called to have it checked. Within two hours of calling my issue was resolved and I was cooling down again. Although I know it cannot always be done that quickly, services for my two calls were taken care of promptly and professionally. I highly recommend John and Shelly for their fair, professional expertise.

John was able to come out same day AND got the new HVAC installed same day. He and Adam(crew) were hardworking and professional. Amazing service by John and Shelle at Home Comfort Heating and Cooling. Our A/C went out with a boat load of out of town guests descending on us in the next 24 hours.
