This year I decided to replace our aging HVAC system (heat pump, furnace, thermostat). Jeremiah was extremely thorough while servicing our HVAC system. Scheduling was also very helpful and managed to get us a next day appointment for our long overdue system maintenance, before a horrific heatwave is due to hit. Home Comfort is a reliable company with highly skilled and knowledgeable staff. I am happy that I chose them to upgrade my HVAC in 2020, and I’m glad that I chose to utilize their maintenance services.

We really appreciated Home Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning. Jeremy came out last month and adjusted our heat pump, until he could get the proper replacement parts. 13 May 26 he came out and replaced the unservicable part, did proper adjustments, and recharged the system. He was very professional and friendly. It was a very positive experience. And the service charge was spot on the estimate. No surprise charges, or hidden fees. We are always very happy with our service from Home Comfort who we have worked with for many years now. We have a service contract with them, and they always come out quickly and have fixed every issue we have had, no matter how complicated. Technician arrived at appointed time, and very quickly found the issue with our tankless water heater. Adam was very informative through the whole process, and cheerfully answered all of my many questions. Even though he needed to order two parts, he was able to clean up the electrodes on each flame sensor enough to give us hot water again until the new ones arrive and are installed.
