This year I decided to replace our aging HVAC system (heat pump, furnace, thermostat). Edwin came out today to do a maintenance check on our Mitsubishi ductless air conditioner. He was amazing. He was polite and friendly while also knowledgeable and professional. He has definitely convinced us to only call Home Comfort for any of our home heating needs cooling needs.

Technician arrived at appointed time, and very quickly found the issue with our tankless water heater. Adam was very informative through the whole process, and cheerfully answered all of my many questions. Even though he needed to order two parts, he was able to clean up the electrodes on each flame sensor enough to give us hot water again until the new ones arrive and are installed. I had a very negative experience on a service call which would have resulted in a one star critical review. However, I expressed my concerns through a couple emails. On both occasions I quickly received a phone call in response. Both Ryan and Jeremy were patient to listen, kind in their responses and suggested and took steps to resolve my concerns. I'm grateful to know of a company that will accept responsibility and respond quickly and personally to remedy a situation.

Joe and Cameron came out and were incredibly professional. Pre called on their way to the site, arrived on time. This is the second time we’ve used their company. They are amazing, efficient and highly reliable. They replaced an aging toilet and installed a new one, after giving us choices. Super fast work and cleaned up after themselves.
