Tanner and his assistant did a good job cleaning my AC unit etc. He said my compacitor was not reading what it should. Said it read zero and that it needed replaced because the backup could go out and then there would be no AC. Had to replace it since I love AC. Unsure if $298 is a good price but my AC should be good now and reliable.
Alex Gallego has worked in my house before. He has always been courteous, polite and, above all, very professional. This time, he installed a Tushi bidet in the main bathroom. Excellent work!
Dan was here on Saturday!! Great. He assessed the sink block problem, explained it, and then used the power "snake" on removed the blocking mass. Timely, professional, friendly, helped me. Great work. Bob Morgan 9/17/25 Tanner has worked very hard and long (Ezra too) to get a new Amana A/C unit functioning. There is no end to the problems they face.
Nathan helped us accomplish what we have to do in our small window to assess this property. We didn't have roof top access immediately so we had to wait about half an hour before the roofer showed up. Looking forward to receiving the report so we can move forward with this project...
