we just bought a woodstove insert and Doug, who was just filling in was super nice. We really enjoyed talking with him. We dealt with james a few weeks before and he was super nice and informative. Will be buying our insert for the basement next year from here.

We were considering having a free standing gas stove installed in my wife's studio. When the owner came to take measurements he recommended a ductless HVAC for the room, saving us money and making it more usable year around. He was so very courteous and helpful and the installation was excellent and fast. Follow-up calls were made by him to make sure the system was operating properly and that we were satisfied. Very snobby people. waited 30 minutes to get service, because the the other customer was paying cash. Sad thing is there were 2 people on the floor at least one could have helped. However both had to help the "rich" customer. took my business elsewhere.
