Bad services. We are so disappointed with this service. They left us out to dry when we had no hot water and gave a bunch of lame excuses. Never use them!!
Customer care is not at all co-operative... They hang up your call without listening to you just say , send us an email
Scam, tried to scam me for my money. Unprofessional, all representatives are liars and untrained. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Absolutely the worst company ever. Do not use this place.. full scammers and horrible service. Shady installers who can't even install a water heater correctly... I removed the new leaky tank and purchased my own replacement tank which is completely legal and now they have put a Leen on my home... Avoid at all cost.
