I initially had high hopes for this cleaning service. My first experience was excellent; the cleaner was efficient, completing the entire residence in three hours and doing a truly spectacular job. However, I was unaware that requesting the same cleaner for each subsequent visit was necessary. Unfortunately, the quality of service declined significantly after that first visit. The second cleaner spent three hours solely on my living room and downstairs bathroom, claiming she didn't go upstairs. My lower floor consists of a k... read more
