Hope less company . I am out of ice more than a week and no one is ever available to answer my call . Very poor management. It may not hurt your business but it did hurt my business. I could talk to a lady from account receivable but she could not be any help either . Probably home city ice should be your last option to give your business

Customer support as them answering the phones, is a Zero Stars. Most driver get 5 stars . Trying to go contactless is WORST idea for any business. New bags are paper thin and rip

Don’t use home city. They ignore the business I work at for weeks after we place an order even though they are delivering just a few miles away at larger volume retailers. Terrible communication and customer service, you can’t speak to ANYONE on the phone, EVER! Again, if you have other choices, go with them, they don’t care about small rural businesses whatsoever. Some are locked in and have no other options and that’s a terrible thing!

This is the absolute worst company - HomeCity Ice does not care about you or any of its customers. If you try calling, you will end up on this endless loop of hell where it just disconnects, and it is 100% intentional. WHATEVER YOU DO - Do not buy from them. get your own ice machine and save yourself thousands a year and the hassle of having to deal with this company - that is unless you enjoy mindless torture, rude customer service reps, weeks of no ice......I would rather throw myself into traffic than recommend HomeCity I... read more
