I have due balance and I send check . Check on way so they now give me delivery of ice . So I pay with my debit card . So money goes from my card already and than after get may check that withdrawal my check and Ice guy call today he said we give money back Those you pay with card when I give my card number any all thing they hold same amount again . They hold 2 my full amount .hold 2648 $ rude customer service .

Hope less company . I am out of ice more than a week and no one is ever available to answer my call . Very poor management. It may not hurt your business but it did hurt my business. I could talk to a lady from account receivable but she could not be any help either . Probably home city ice should be your last option to give your business
Customer support as them answering the phones, is a Zero Stars. Most driver get 5 stars . Trying to go contactless is WORST idea for any business. New bags are paper thin and rip
