I am very disappointed in the treatment we recieved from Home Charm Carpet and Flooring. After we told the owner the room dimensions, our flooring was a foot short. On top of the owner's mistake, in order to get the correct size flooring we had to pay another $150. If we had not already prepaid for the flooring, we would have cancled our order then. Once we recieved the correct size the installers did a very poor job installing our floor. The seam between the carpet and the floor is very sloppy and still has a sharp edge whe... read more
