Very good and caring people they helped me in my time of need with my dad
If I could give them a negative number it would be -100. They have absolutely no concern for the patients and/or what their obligation is as far as giving services to people who have been authorized by The State of Texas. They are completely unprofessional. They do not return calls until a time that is convenient for them then have many lame excuses for the delay.
