When my dad started with Hospice, he wanted to die at home. My family called HCS to have a hospital bed brought into their home. HCS were fast with the delivery, and very respectful when delivering the bed. When my dad passed HCS came the next morning and picked up the bed right away. My family’s experience with HCS was great and would highly recommend them.
When my husband was discharged from Acute Rehab, Home Care provided us with some home medical equipment to include a hospital bed. We were very pleased with their professionalism, efficiency and timely delivery service. We would be happy to recommend them. We are in the process of communicating with them to return the hospital bed. The bed wasn't new but it certainly was very clean especially since we were in the middle of the Covid 19 crisis.
I highly recommend Home Care Specialists as they helped us get some insurance related equipment and also non insurance covered equipment when we needed it. It was impressive to get the service that was provided by Samantha Caruso - Customer service manager. Top shelf quality, service and delivery - thank you
