This company is wonderful with patients. They contact the patients timely and are able to accommodate their needs. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them for any Home Health needs.

As a Social Worker, I am appalled that my patient who was supposed to receive Home Health services has not for 6 days, because of a lack of follow through in getting Home Health started. I hope they can do better and are aware that the expediency of Home Health services being started is important.

Awful communication. Literally didn’t call or show up without several phone calls. Excuses and apologies and assurance and still no one shows up.

Brandon is incredibly patient with my 83 year old mother. He can get her to do exercises she refuses to do for others, and he carefully reads her responses and adjusts his therapy according to what he sees. He can coach elderly patients to exceed expectations.

Home care solutions was able to visit me for my physical therapy after my hip replacement surgery, when I could not get out on my own. Brandon, my therapist, was kind and helpful throughout the entire process. He even gave me tips to help relax my muscles after therapy. He was the most caring and thoughtful therapist. He was there a couple times a week, throughout my entire treatment. He was a true God send. Absolutely the best way to go for home care.
