We’ve been with Solutions for almost two weeks now and the office staff and caregivers have been amazing! We called on a Friday afternoon and they had someone at the hospital Sunday morning to meet with us. They were able to get staffing so we could bring our father home on hospice the next Wednesday with 24 hour care. It could have been Tuesday but we had to wait for the hospice bed. Our Solution’s caregiver is the absolute best. She’s a hard worker and has developed a great friendship with my Mom. She is very kind and loving to the entire family. I’d also like to give our care coordinator kudos as she has always been very responsive to any and all concerns/questions. The schedulers at solutions have been great too.

We have been using their services for over 3 years for assisting in the care of my mother and father. The staff has been wonderful, from the patience and attention to details of the direct care staff to the dedication and advocacy of the care coordinators and care managers, the persistence of the schedulers always trying to fill in the gaps, and to the allocated resources to the staff at the director level. So far out of all facilities I worked at solutions is top rated number one for me . From the caregivers to the bosses all are amazing and treat everyone with respect and show their appreciation to the staff as well as clients. The other person that goes above and beyond for her clients as well as her caregivers is Jordan she is one of the best care coordinators I met ! She makes our jobs easy!
