I wanted to take the time to fill this review out because this company has been a lifesaver for me and my wife who is 31/2 years into her ALS journey. A long over due review for a company and staff that does an outstanding job! We used Solutions in home care for a couple of years before moving my dad/parents into assisted living. For 7 months we used the assisted living care givers and missed the hands on care and attention to all the little details that my parents were used to having. I can’t say enough good about Solutions In-Home care. From the initial super thorough intake with Lorrina I felt confident dad would be in great hands. Lorrina fought to get dad more hours and worked to place him with care givers that would fit his needs and personality. One of the first days they came in dad was quick to tell me he got his butt kicked in cribbage and was so happy to have someone to play games with. I have been associated with Solutions for a little over a year. Michelle at the front desk is always smiling and makes sure I get a snack. My nursing team of Jaden, Alysa, Lisa, Tyler and Robbie are all so willing to help when I need it no matter the issue. As this is all cancer related, I feel “special” with all of them due to the over the top care I receive. They all have their special niche’s and one area I need help is in nutrition and although new to me, Lisa is having a huge impact.
