This office is an awful place. The case managers don’t know what kind of home attendants they hire. It’ s very bureaucratic place. The staff does not understand that the patient gives them a possibility to make living. The coordinators need to have home attendants themselves. My husband is a patient in this office, I am keeping track on quarantine of home attendants who come and leave, complaining that coordinators don’t explain properly what are the responsibilities.
