Tony was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He came out the very next day after I called to inspect the carpets and thoroughly explain the cleaning process to me. I had recently moved into an apartment and was struggling to get the apartment complex to properly clean the carpets and remove the bad odors left by the prior tenant.
