Great experience! Mike our technician was fantastic. He was personable, welcoming, and informed us how he planned to do the cleaning. He was quick to get us a quote, let us know what he needed from us and finished the service in 40 minutes. Our beige couch looked amazing and smelled fresh. I am an asthmatic so getting the pet dander and odor out of the preowned sectional couch we purchased was important. Mike let us know how to dry the couch but overall the service was great! 😊
