This could be a Govt funded NGO and could also lead to my (deceased) Mother’s Identity theft…but I REALLY wanted to leave an Excellent Reference concerning Mom’s care! - but couldn’t bc they offered No Proof. When they TOLD me they were recording the call I had to hang up.

Worse business practices. They bought care academy and now wants to continue to bill my company even after we requested cancellation. I didn’t sign contracts with Activated Insights, my company was with care academy for years. Care Academy sold to Activated Insights which I have asked to cancel service and for some reason Activated Insights wants to keep billing us even when we asked to be canceled. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The information provided during the sales process was misleading and did not accurately reflect the actual service. It felt like key details were intentionally presented in a way to get us to sign up. We realized the discrepancies the same day and immediately canceled the service. Despite canceling right away and never using the platform at all, the company has continued to charge us monthly fees. This is a dangerous and borderline abusive company that makes cold calls to people after their relatives have died. I am deeply concerned about their preying on grieving widows and would urge you to be cautious if you receive a call from them. Also, their customer service is (expectedly) difficult, routing and rerouting people to voicemail circles without giving you the ability to speak to a manager or anyone who can take responsibility. CAREFUL! If I could give zero stars, I would.
