I had a problem with a heat pump that other contractors could not figue out. Contacted 20/20 who sent a tech out who systematically diagnosed the issue and easily fixed it. Since then I have had them replace a second heat pump that was failing. Their techs are on-time, intelligent and reasonable. I will use them for all of my heating and cooling needs.
