I called for help in filling a prescription for my son, who was just discharged from the hospital, but doesn't have the money to pay, so I asked if I could give them my credit information. After checking, I was told no because they had "so many problems with that". When I asked WHAT the problem was, I was told, "IT'S JUST POLICY!!!! Thank you." Then hung up on!! RUDEST customer service - EVER!!!
