We have now had 2 experiences with In Home Personal Services. They were first recommended by a friend who I noticed how sweet and nice her care giver was. My mother has had a caregiver for over a year. He is amazing. Kind, thoughtful, caring and always has my mothers best interest at heart. I seriously can't say enough about her care giver. In Home CNA’s are very good. My dad is in an independent living community and needs limited help. The only complaint I have is with their billing office. It seems to have gotten better, but there are still months I have to check and recheck bills vs. what was paid and what services Dad received.
This was my first experience, my Aunt was 95 and had no children. Her care was in my hands. After, a hospital stay and being taken to a nursing home which turned out to be a nightmare. I was directed to In-home. They were my angels. Our care giver became part of our family in a very short time. I will forever be grateful. Thank you for making a difficult time easier to handle
Most caring staff, worked with us to find a perfectly matched caregiver. Also quick to respond to any questions or adjustments in scheduling.

I am Beatrice Krimizer's other daughter. I agree with what my sister said. If it wasn't for Perlita, I don't believe we would be able to keep Mom in Assisted. Not only does Perlita take care of Mom, but she has a big heart and loves Mom. That is so important. We feel very blessed to have her as Mom's caretaker.
My Mother, Beatrice Krimitzer, lives at Clare Oaks. Mom has a caregiver 24/7 from In Home Personal Services. Her caregiver is Perlita. Perlita assists Mom with dressing, showers, bathroom visits (frequent), taking her to mass every day, taking her to dining room for meals, and making sure Mom attends various activities at Clare Oaks. In Home Personal Services made it possible for my mother to remain in her retirement community until she passed. The kind and gentle care she received helped me know she was being well cared for.
