I would not use Home Care on Demand transportation. We used them twice and both times they promised pick up within 1 hour after calling for a return ride. We waited over 2 hours both times. Other service suppliers waited for us which worked out well as Steadman Hawkins saw us immediately. The driver’s were excellent! The problem is with the scheduler…. The ride was for my mother but I will call. I do not have the wrong company…

0 stars. Horrible service. Called at 8 am to have them pick up a diabetic dialysis patient who was in pain from a wound on his backside, and they had him wait for FIVE AND A HALF HOURS. He did not get picked up until 1:30 pm. So egregious! We called them multiple times and each time was given a different story. DO NOT USE

I would never use this company for a loved one. They dropped a patient off, we called when the patient was ready, two hours later the patient was still waiting. We called 4 times! Unbelievable!! I wouldn't ever trust them!
