I am from Houston, Texas. My mother and father in-law live near Bossier City, LA and are in need of services similar to what Home Care of Hope offers. It took a lot of convincing to initiate outside services as my father-in-law is her primary caretaker and very independent. I contacted Home Care of Hope and spoke to Hope a week prior to making arrangements to drive to Shreveport. I am a former employer and the owners (Hope and Kyle Holland) are more worried than the quality of the lives of their clients. They are never available, when my client passed away it was 8:30 am and they wouldn't answer the business phone as well their personal phones. They also illegally pay the care givers as independent contractors which means all caregivers should have insurance and they never informed is of that. When there was an emergency or really just if we needed to call them they never answered! And one more thing... read more
Hope, Kyle, and the entire staff are so caring and professional. I wouldn't trust my loved ones with anyone but them!!
