Genuinely the worst customer service I've received in a professional setting. I'm a SW and called on 2/25/25 at appprox. 8:30 AM to just get an email to send a referral over to. The customer service agent left me on hold just to tell me to call back later when they opened later in 10 minutes. All I needed was an intake fax number or email and i as treated like I was inconveniencing them for calling. An appalling lack of professionalism.
