Requested a machine from them. They got doctor's paperwork then lost it when I was calling for an appointment. Gave up on them.

If there was a -10 that is what I would pick. I ordered wheelchair before my foot surgery so that all my information was submitted for insurance. Twice I phoned and was told that Dr’s office never faxed details needed for insurance purposes. On 7th day found out that this company never requested info from my Dr’s office! Cancelled and bought a chair. DISGUSTED!!!
