I had to call yo get oxygen and then wait 2 weeks or more to delivered. Or I had to drive 30 miles to exchange empty tanks for full ones. When they are told you need a receipt you have to call them and remind them.
I have used a CPAP machine for 19 years. Angie and Timothy at Home Care Medical in Lees Summit are amazing! I have never had such amazing service! They were understanding of my mask situation. Angie found alternative products for me . Timothy fitted me and showed me how to adjust my mask. I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service I received by both of these stellar employees. Thank you so much!

Angela, I believe is her name, went above and beyond for me today. I spoke to her on the phone and told her I would be in there before lunch. I got held up, and didn't get there till she was on her lunch break. She assisted me in the middle of her lunch when she definitely was not expected to.
