Lacey was very professional, knowledgeable and yet warm and friendly. There are a lot of medical terms and technical terms and she explained it in a way that I could understand and be able to operate the machine myself. I highly recommend their services should you find yourself in the need of a CPAP or BiPAP machine.

I had to call yo get oxygen and then wait 2 weeks or more to delivered. Or I had to drive 30 miles to exchange empty tanks for full ones. When they are told you need a receipt you have to call them and remind them.
