If I could give a zero I would. Was told by physician they would be out to assist me as a new ostomy patient within a couple days from hospital discharge. Physician put in the order for their service three times and they still said they didn’t get an order. Called my other physician who put in the order again. They still did not come. They finally came out after I called them just to see what supplies I would need and set up physical therapy (that I didn’t need).
