This agency was wonderful they came out immediately when we called them, Their name was given to us by the Hospice company that was caring for my Husband. They had someone there for all 24 hours and stayed until he passed. They were helpful with me too as I was not prepared for all of this to happen
I was surprised to read that review that said this was a poor company. We have a certified nurse assistant for both of my Parents. They have had their Nurse living in the house for over one year. The folks from the agency visit every week to see my Parents and find out if everthing. They always send a good person when our regular girl needs time off. We like this company very much
I would give them zero stars for customer service. I called on behalf of my boss who was dealing with other things while trying to find a part time home health care provider. They wouldn't even give me basic information unless I told them who my boss was. Needless to say, they lost a very good potential customer.
