I am very happy with Home Care Book. My aid is always punchal. caring and professional.. Her office checks with me to see if I have any problems every once in a while. They always informed me if there's any changes. If I could give them six stars I would 😊😊😊😊😊😊👩⚕️🛀🛌
The ONLY reason I gave 1 star is because you have to in order to post your review. Home Care Book is a COMPLETE rip off to the elderly. They do NOT care about their clients, they only want the clients' money. Allison is a professional liar and will say anything to fill an empty slot. If this was the only company providing services because HCB does not provide care at all, I would rather my loved one to fend for themselves than let this company use them. They really should be investigated for the way clients are treated and r... read more
