When we needed care at the last minute, these guys saved the day. Their service is second to none. Great team!
I cannot recommend this service. We contacted this company for a caregiver for my mother because they were recommended by a friend. My family wanted the opportunity to meet the caregiver prior to the first shift to ensure she was a good fit and so that my mother would feel comfortable with her. We did meet the caregiver but the company cancelled last-minute prior to the first shift and then wanted to send someone else who we hadn't met yet. Our family was truly blessed to have found this company. After our grandmother passed away, my grandfather started mentally declining over time. A lot of us are busy with work and family or spread out to far to fully help him so we called Home Care Associates. They are attentive to our needs and genuinely care which is such a relief. My grandfather has been in such high spirits ever since they've come into our lives. All he ever talks about are his card games with Mary, his caregiver, and what little trip they took.
