My experience has been exceptional, with the time and care devoted to matchmaking with clients being truly impressive, as is the effort to identify similarities and tailor matches to meet individual needs. Building relationships and providing support has been a rewarding experience, as I have always been passionate about assisting those in need.
TheKey has been providing aides for my mother-in-law for over 2 years now. Care manager Katrina "Kat" Totusek has been fantastic to work with. She has proactively reached out to us not just when issues arise, but also to keep us informed about my mother-in-law's care. Recently we needed to increase the number of daily care hours needed on very short notice and Kat's team was able to make the change within one day. The Key has an amazing team of caregivers who strive to fill all of their clients needs and wants. They do an amazing job matching clients to caregivers and offer a wide range of flexibility of hours. They work hard to make sure everyone is valued and and appreciated.
