I love The Key! I’m lucky enough to work as a caregiver for TheKey. I worked for many years at another agency. It’s very different at TheKey. I have great support from TheKey staff. Sarah is the Client Success Manager and Jordan and Elena are the staffing managers. They all have been so helpful to me. Whenever I have a question or concern, they listen and give me good advice and information. If you are thinking about getting in-home care, think TheKey!

Wanted to share how great the team at The Key are! Both Jordan and Sarah are super respectful and responsive to both caregivers and clients.They are quick to respond to any situations. If and when there are concerns as a caregiver they act decisively and positively for both the CG and Clients.

There has always been someone to answer my question and take care of immediate needs. It’s a well trained staff. Professional & caring. It’s a good place for peace of mind.
