HCA was very supportive of us and the carer they sent to us. They made regular visits to ensure we were happy with every aspect of the care and suggested ways to help my wife who was under care. They sent someone to us whom they thought would be the right fit for my wife's needs. Gloria was perfect and has remained a family friend after my wife's death.
