I have nothing but good things to say about Home Care Assist. They were in my mom's home starting with part time to 24 hour care for the last 15 months. Peter was always responsive as we navigated this new normal in caring for our mother. We were able to fulfill her wishes to keep her in her home. The team was willing to make some caregiver adjustments initially to fit my mother's personality and she had women who genuinely loved her. I am so grateful for the care provided by Home Care Assistance for my mother. The caregivers treated her respectfully and the office staff was responsive to all of our questions. We were able to have our mom stay in her home because of the wonderful support from Home Care Assistance.

Home Care Assistance of Greater Chicago has been an absolute godsend to my dad and family .My father had a stroke in March 2018 and we've been looking for someone to help for quite awhile. Janeeta is an absolute delight to work with and keeps my dad's spirits up. I'm so happy that we found this company because they are one of a kind and do not disappoint. Highly highly recommend!
