Gena was a compassionate professional who listened and helped me prepare for my husband's transition to home for a rehab after breaking his his and having surgery . She advised me about any equipment I would need and visited our home an advised on some furniture changes that would be helpful . We are so happy with Home Care Assistance of Greater Burlington. Gena, client care manager, initially went to my mother's house and spent time learning about her and her needs. Then she sent Zenona (aka Z), a young woman who--I don't know exactly how she's doing it, but it's like my mom, who is 96+, has a new zip in her step. She is so much happier.
