Home Care Assistance provided weekday assistance for Chris's mother as she completed her 99th trip around the sun. Staff members stepped in ready to be part of our care team. The staff (Amanda, Victoria, Lauren, Toni, Cheretta, and others) treated Laurie with loving kindness. They were reliable, trustworthy, and flexible, giving us a few hours off every weekday afternoon. They are dependable and trustworthy. They provided care for my husband who had a stroke so I could continue to work. The aides provided consistent care. Bry provided great customer service and other employees I had the opportunity to speak with at HCA were kind and understanding.
I took a job with this company recently. I have 16 years of experience in healthcare. I love what I do and I do it well. I was in a car accident Tuesday morning and I had to call in for my shift. After spending most of my day in the hospital I called back that evening and let them know I could take an on call shift for the next morning.
