Our family needed some emergency home care for a loved one who became ill and could not live alone. I contacted Home Care Assistance and spoke to their representative, Siera, who was extremely helpful and seamlessly arranged for a one week, live-in caregiver to take this assignment. The caregiver, Paula, was extremely helpful, kind and provided complete care for our loved one. I had a very good experience during my orientation with Jennifer at Barrie Home Care Assistance company today. She was very informative and friendly during the orientation. I felt very comfortable during and felt very welcome during our time today.

I wish I could give 10 stars...or 100! Connecting with Home Care Assistance Barrie has been like receiving a lifeline on the tossing of waves in the middle of the ocean. My husband has dementia and has been on a more rapid decline trajectory in the last year. It's been very challenging, to say the least.
