Their service was unreliable and they charged us more than the quoted rate. We hired them for 24 hour care. Aides left without waiting for their relief. One aide worked 24 hours straight. I dont know if our experience is typical but it is very different from the other posted reviews. We fired them and would not use them again.
I've worked with The Key for many years. They have been professional, helpful, and react quickly if a challenge emerges. I'm looking forward to collaborating with them in the future.
Great home care agency!! You can tell that they actually care about the patients. Every person I have come in contact with is very responsive and kind. I would highly recommend.
