The Key has been a great addition to the care team for my brother Arnold. He can be difficult and the caregivers are very patient. The care manager and staffing coordinator provide updates to Gloria all the time.

The Key has been very helpful. Every time I call whoever answers the phone is always polite. Angelica who assigns my mom’s caregivers has been wonderful, very communicative keeps me up to speed when there’s any changes with my mom’s schedule. Any time I need to make changes she’s always on top of it. And to top it off my mom’s caregivers have been all wonderful. Highly recommend the key such a great caring team.
The key has provided exceptional care to my aunt, who was resistant to care. Now, she enjoys the companionship from all her caregivers her care manager Maria matched her with a great team!
Amazing Service and Support. I can’t thank The Key enough for caring for my brother James before he passed away. Angelica quickly lining up staff decreased stress to our family. Thank you again
