The Key was the best. I had "help" every day for 4 hrs and there was nothing they couldn't do. My husband (the patient) appreciated every thing & enjoyed their company.

The Key has been a great addition to the care team for my brother Arnold. He can be difficult and the caregivers are very patient. The care manager and staffing coordinator provide updates to Gloria all the time.

The Key has been very helpful. Every time I call whoever answers the phone is always polite. Angelica who assigns my mom’s caregivers has been wonderful, very communicative keeps me up to speed when there’s any changes with my mom’s schedule. Any time I need to make changes she’s always on top of it. And to top it off my mom’s caregivers have been all wonderful. Highly recommend the key such a great caring team.
