Quality company that educates and supports their caregivers as well as keep in touch and flexible with those they serve. After trying 2 or 3 companies down here in South FL I was about to either lower my standards or give up entirely and do all the caregiving for my mom, myself. But Home Care Assistance of Ft. Lauderdale really was different from the 1st meeting all the way through to almost 3 years later. I highly recommend them.
Great outfit to deal with. Owner deals directly with public, caregiver we got was exemplary. Billing accurate. Amy minor issues we had were addressed promptly and to my full satisfaction. Caregiver was terrific. More I cannot say, weould recommend to anyone.

HCA is a wonderful agency to work for. I can't believe how kind, generous and caring they are toward their employees. I feel blessed to have found them. So easy to work for and they care equally about the people they assist every day.

Being one of the aides, I can definitely say that HCA is such an amazing place to work ! Filled with aides and people who truly care . You do not see many agencies or places like that in this day and age. Thank you to the other aides, Bob, and Tracy for everything that you do to make the HCA a great working experience!
