Owner did in-person needs assessment and then hand picks Aide that was best match for my 93 yr old, blind, incontinent and wheelchair confined mom. Always kept me up to date regarding how mom was doing and was responsive to any special requests. Since I live 1000+ miles away, knew that I could rest easy and know that mom was well taken care of.
