i.eThis company has good aids, but the office staff has some of the most unorganized, RUDE people I've ever dealt with. They are rude on the phone, won't put you through to whom you ask for and send aides that don't show-up, because they aren't given sufficient advance notice or have adequate transportation and the company does NOT provide their transportation in order to run errands.
