SCAM!! My realtor told me Home Captain had her sign a contract saying she would not mention any other lenders or mortgage brokers, which would have cost me THOUSANDS of dollars in APR! Any decent realtor will shop lenders for you and get you the best APR. Stay away from Home Captain!
It has been a real pleasure working with referral leads provided by Home Captain. They are all quality leads and well worth the effort. I recently closed one of these referrals and it was an honor to get them to closing table. I would highly recommend Home Captain Realty to any buyers or sellers.
