Robin was amazing! He is very professional, friendly, and very insightful when it comes down to what you should think about when purchasing a home. His response times were very quick and just how easily everything flowed when it came to paperwork with our lender and our communications with the seller, shows off his ample experience in the industry. I would highly recommend Robin and his team to any first time homebuyers (which is what we were).
We chose Robin over a few other agents to represent us in selling our condo. We are glad we did so! Since we were out of town landlords we had a lot of coordinating to do with different types of people during the selling, Robin came through every time. He helped us renovate the place and supervised the painting and other small repairs. We got top dollar in selling our property and Robin was with us through the entire process.
