I have over 40 years experience buying and selling, and this has been the most bizarre transaction I've ever dealt with in Real Estate. From the start they cold called. Definitely not what they advertise
We had the privilege of working with Yolanda. We were blessed with her integrity, knowledge of the business and her patience. This was our first home purchase and she helped with answering questions, being a liaison between us and the lender/builder , and she directed us if she didn't know the answer.
